Delete your Phonoverse account

You can delete your Phonoverse account and associated data at any time, in the app or by email.
Delete in the app
Open the app, go to Settings or My Account, then Account Settings, and choose Delete Account.
Delete by email
Email info@phonoverse.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email and phone number. We will verify the request and confirm by email.
What we delete
- Personal information
- Login credentials
- Preferences
- Wishlist and cart contents
- Communication history
What we keep
- Transaction records, because tax and accounting rules require them.
- Data we must keep for legal compliance, warranty and support records.
- Anonymised analytics that no longer identify you.
Timeline
- Verification takes 1 to 2 days.
- A 7-day grace period follows. Your account is deactivated and you can reactivate it.
- Permanent deletion happens 7 to 10 days after the grace period, and we email you when it is complete.
