By using Phonoverse, operated by Guruji Mobihub Enterprises, you agree to these terms. Continued use after changes counts as acceptance.
Accounts
You need an account with a valid email or phone number and accurate details. You must be at least 18 years old and you are responsible for your account.
Products
All products are second hand electronics. Products may vary slightly from images and minor cosmetic marks are normal. Availability is limited.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees. The price at the time you place an order is honoured. Failed payments are refunded to the original payment method.
Orders and delivery
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order for stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund. Delivery times are estimates.
Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the Returns and Refunds policy.
User conduct
Do not use the platform illegally, spread malware, access systems without permission, use bots, commit fraud or harass others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, design, content and software belong to Guruji Mobihub Enterprises. You receive a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data, interruptions or events beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
Termination
You can close your account through account deletion. We may suspend or end access for violations, fraud or non-payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
