• Cleaned, repaired, and restored to working condition
• Graded based on their cosmetic and functional condition
• Certified as ready for resale

4.2 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However:

• Actual products may vary slightly from images shown
• Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal for refurbished items
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information

4.3 Product Availability

• All products are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to limit quantities
• Out-of-stock items may be removed without notice

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• The price at the time of order placement will be honored
• Additional charges (shipping, taxes, etc.) will be clearly displayed before checkout

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Paytm Payment Gateway including:

• Paytm Wallet - Instant payment via Paytm balance
• UPI - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI, and other UPI apps
• Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
• Net Banking - All major Indian banks
• Buy Now Pay Later - Paytm Postpaid and other BNPL options

• Payment gateway charges are absorbed by Phonoverse

6. Orders and Delivery

We may cancel orders in cases of:

Full refund will be processed in such cases within 5-7 business days.

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the platform
• Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

8.2 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Phonoverse, including but not limited to:

• Logo, trademarks, and brand name
• Website and app design
• Text, images, graphics, and videos
• Software and source code

are owned by Guruji Mobihub and protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

Phonoverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10.2 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guruji Mobihub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or content
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

11. Termination
